@Jon Holdman I didn't know bigger pockets had these gems of personalities who ganged to attack a member who is asking for help.

Those who have elected to attack those people critiquing them have always ended up looking worse in the end.

Then China may feel they have nothing to loose and attack Taiwan (or some other semi desperate action).

Going with the LLC will also give you a bunch of extra protection in the event a tenant files suit against you, they will only be able to go after what is held in the LLC and not attack any of your personal assets.  

Just so there's no personal attacks or "questions".

Marriage should strengthen you as a team to attack real estate together, not something that is just about each other with business aside.

Get that degree and then attack it.
