Once the vaccine has reach all age groups throughout the US, I suspect people are going to start traveling like crazy!

As the covid vaccine begins and Johnson and Johnson releasing a statement saying the we will have enough vaccines for entire United States population by June, its not yet been apparent if interest rates will continue to be at record lows into the future, or will go back up since this is great news as we can possibly return to a bit of normalcy

I just got notice that they got their vaccinations and are moving out in 2.5 months and so I have 2-3 months to market this unique property for rent.

Would love to hear how the in-person event goes (we are still laying low ourselves, but will probably emerge once vaccinated).

Somewhat concerned about the vacancies, but the location is close to major universities and I believe that progress with vaccine distribution would lure students back on campus.I also have a call scheduled with an FHA-recommended lender (Padio) for early next Monday; it is to figure out how much I could be pre-approved for.Worst case, I could try wholesaling the house if the numbers do not seem feasible for a house-hack, right?
