House-hacking in Boston newbie...seen the house, what's next?
I am new to real estate investing, and looking to house hack. Went in for my first house showing 2days ago, it's a multi-family 3 unit listed for $1.8M; only one of the three is currently occupied. Now that I have seen the house, what should my next steps be? I understand that time is also of the essence here.
