We just closed on our first home for a flip in the area and should start soon as a 3/3 home we're using for comp sold this year for $175k.A couple of good points:Atlanta Falcon/Soccer team owner and founder of Home Depot is building the pro soccer team practice fields and corporate office here, right across from the original Home Depot (now a County office).  

Will also provide football, soccer, volley ball and a baseball and gloves.

In soccer you see the play ahead of time.  

I work as a part-time Chef in a stadium where soccer is played; so you know that not to much work unless I'm there.

I coach soccer in the spring/fall and futsol in the winter.

I feel it's in a great up and coming location next to the new Real Salt Lake Soccer Academy, as well as new community college and there are plans to do a shopping center below.

But that makes BP like my children's recreational soccer league where everyone is a winner.

The community is planning to develop this area into a community park with baseball diamonds, a soccer field, play area, etc.
