New member from Utah

Hello everyone,

I am a newly registered member of this forum and look forward to learning from each other and helping each other create a ton of value investing in real estate.

To tell you a little about myself. I have been in the real estate industry for 16 years primarily in the title and escrow business. I owned my own title company for 5 years and sold it 2 years ago to focus primarily on developing real estate and investing in the real estate market. I am part owner in a company that builds homes at wholesale prices to investors in Utah, New Mexico and North Carolina (coming) with little to nothing down. It is a great opportunity to own a new home with equity with nothing out of pocket. We have a full blown system but I wont go into detail now.

I also manage a fund that invests money into real estate and oil.

I am 36 years old and married with 4 kids and 1 dog. I enjoy the outdoors and sports. I coach soccer in the spring/fall and futsol in the winter. I enjoy real estate for the freedom it allows me to spend time and money on the things that are important to me.

I hope to have a greta exchange of value by utlilizing this forum.
