Your provider needs to have boots on the ground, a local presence, and a very strong knowledge of the market they are operating or representing. 

The actual site will give you the web presence, but then it's up to you to continue marketing and driving traffic to that site.  

And an Instagram page, a Twitter account, and half a dozen other social media presences.

Big drivers are the hospital/healthcare presence between Sentara, Eastern Va Medical School, and the children's hospital, also easy commuting to downtown Norfolk for banking and legal, AND you're a stones throw away from the largest college in the area, Old Dominion University.
