Old just needs to be cleaned and polished.

I've looked at nearly every property management web application and what they lack is polish.

I’ve been living in the building and have to wash the hallway walls and spray and polish the banisters/stairs to keep the halls from smelling so bad.

A word of warning if you use them remember to remove them at least twice a year and clean under them and then apply a light coat of polish.

I have seen both platforms and from the little exposure I have had with GD, I felt Dropbox was more polished.

I agree with those saying business cards are very valuable, impressions are important, having a polished and professional card says a lot about you, etc.
