Ian, this is the perfect question to use the search feature here on BP. The topic has been covered many times and in some of the threads, there are suggestions for other software you haven't mentioned, and one has a link to a review of property management software.

In the upper right corner of this page, enter your seach term, and the site categories the results in forums, blogs, etc.
