My pillars for leads are BiggerPockets(paid leads and organic from posting on the forums), Reonomy(what I use to cold call multi family and commercial owners), past clients, referrals from clients, Zillow(my team buys leads I get investor ones) and a couple different referral sites.

I have recently replaced some pillars from storm damage and they were not hard to repair.

------------------this story doesn't have a happy ending....I saw the FX market take a toll on my mom. she eventually took her own life.I saw my moms generation fall apart after my mom past, she was the pillar and bread earner.I also saw how Real estate saved our family. my mom's rentals practically paid for 3 children formal education and send us to the US for college.

Again I need to re-build 2 pillars in front of home that are leaning.. pillars are in brick.  

My partner and I have created a specific framework with 3 distinct pillars :Buy Right, Manage Right, Finance Right.
