Sourcing Buyer Clients

Good afternoon BP!

Rookie agent here! Thus far my business has been slow esspecially on the buyer side. I know this industry can be a slow moving ball and you just need to build momentum everyday. I also, know that I have been focusing on getting listings (uncuccesfully so far) due to my market being heavily weighted towards sellers. Now the market is starting to pivot giving some power back to buyers. Without further adieu, let's get a conversation going about how to find buyer clients! It can be ways you have found succesful, failed at, want to try, or anything inbetween. Then we can also give feed back on such strategies! Have fun with this, looking forward to learning and engaging!
