I find the lower unit tenant somewhat peculiar, given he is in the lower unit there will be more heating need as it is much colder in the lower unit but he prefers the vents completely closed in winter and interestingly has more cooling needs during summer than the upstairs tenant.

Hey everyone,I've been thinking of getting my real estate license in Pennsylvania but I have possession with intent to distribute marijuana felony charges on my back ground from 2014.

If smoking marijuana is illegal where you are, you should contact the police. 

The property smells horrible of cigarette and marijuana smoke.

What I find peculiar about the phenomenon of increased foreclosures is the fact that it is happening at the same time as a hugely tight housing market where buyers are actually getting into bidding wars for what few properties are up for sale.I've always thought that foreclosures happened because both a person stopped paying on their mortgage, and simultaneously were unable to get cash out from selling the property.

After a  bit of a research, I understand this is probably the effect of recent marijuana legalization by Mexico.

I'm also pretty sure he's smoking marijuana in the property.

So, we have a strict no smoking policy.   Pot is highly illegal in Alabama.
I need to talk to our long-term tenant who is smoking pot, (allegedly) but would like to not lose her as a tenant if she will stop.
