Hoping to be a real estate agent
Hey everyone,
I've been thinking of getting my real estate license in Pennsylvania but I have possession with intent to distribute marijuana felony charges on my back ground from 2014. Would I be able to get my license or should I pursue a different path for my real estate journey? Sales and networking are some of my strong suits and I think being an agent would be the best use of my skills.

Hi Drayke! Your felony does not necessarily disqualify you from being able to get your license. As fiduciaries for our clients, integrity is one of the most important parts of being an agent. If you fully disclose your charges, and have demonstrated strong character since then, some states will still consider you for a license. Hope this helps!
