I have only recently started investing in real estate after a long awaited trial period my fiancé has agreed to partake take in with me on my begging wish.

Where Charleston is more like West coast were cash flow is low low.. but appreciation and liquidity is very nice indeed.I remember the day when Bo's were the top of the pop.. now I think Cirrus out sells them about 10 to one  LOL... when I was in Deluth picking up my bird ( bought it new ) not the smartest thing to do is buy a brand new airplane as you know ( depreciation is a beotch) But there were many who sold their Bo and the consensus was their wives would fly with them if they bought the plane with a parachute.. there were 16 Sr 22 delivered the week I picked up mine all at 400K plus out the door.. .neat feeling when you can get to a point in your career were you can partake in private avaiation..

If you want to try notes I would recommend finding a crowdfunding portal that allows both accredited and non accredited investors.. that way if your accredited you can partake and if your not you can also partake.. many of them are pretty much focusing on debt deals.

I hope to connect with people in the future to partake in an internship/apprenticeship in the coming year!

It amazes me how many home are in forclosure in this area, the auto industry has been hit hard and unfortunatly all our eggs have been in one basket, but I BELIEVE it is going to turn around and when it does I want to be established with at least a few choice properties in my back pocket so I can partake in the upswing.

Oh, and if you're married, think about whether you want to have your wife included on the deed and if she wants to partake in all of this, given the paperwork that's involved.

Ever since watching the one hour video on youtube that Robert Kiyosaki had I did more personal research on it and have become fascinated with the possibilities that real estate along with having a personal business has.My reasons I would say for getting into real estate is of course financial security, but I am also wanting to partake in the endeavor for my family as well.

They must meet the 20%+ margin in order for me to partake in this type of deal.

This site is awesome though and I intend to still come here but I think I need more DETAILED knowledge before I can partake in these forums and take something away.
