Aircraft Broker in Greensboro, NC Diving Into Real Estate

Hi BP Community,

I'm an aircraft broker and sales consultant in Greensboro, NC. I'm new to real estate investing and I've "flipped that mental switch" to go after it. As an independent contractor, my day job allows me a good bit of flexibility and time to pursue other ventures.

I was a business admin and entrepreneurship major in college. I was very involved in the entrepreneurship community in college as the president of our entrepreneurship club.

What lit the fire for me was a Fortune Builders seminar. After the seminar, I began researching Fortune Builders and found a lot of excellent advice on Bigger Pockets, so I read the BP beginners guide, ordered a few books and in the process of soaking in as much knowledge as I can. At the Fortune Builders seminar, I was surprised at some of the similarities between real estate investing and buying and selling aircraft. I am hoping that my background in aircraft sales and marketing is going to come in handy. I've also made contacts in this industry that may be helpful to access capital.

I haven't nailed down my goals or finished writing my business plan yet but so far, my "rough" goal is to have at least 5 rental properties and been involved in at least 25 deals within 5 years.

I look forward to connecting with some of you.

@Tyler Veres

  aircraft broker =  real estate broker.. they get paid to sell airplanes.  and you get to fly all sorts of planes.. and if your lucky enough to be a jet aircraft salemen there can be some big money in it.
