Some people are naturally outgoing and thrive in networking settings, but when I started, I was not one of those people—especially in large groups.

Once she's out, go ahead and try to rent it as quickly as possible.

I'm not telling you what to do, but I am saying leave emotion out, go with your gut. 

One nice little thing (included in the 'free ninety nine' package) is that you can set it to spy on your outgoing emails and automatically add people, to save time on data entry (#1 reason people who should use a CRM don't is the time suck on data entry).

I've had a couple of these where they stiff their outgoing land lord and then still expect me to rent to them.
