Market Value of a Property
When coming across a property that is the same as other nearby properties in terms of size, bed, and bath, but listed at a much lower price than its comps, what is the best way to go about figuring out why it is listed lower? Should you have an inspector look at it or maybe ask the agent who is selling it? How do you figure out why it is so much cheaper than the others.
