i hear ya Timothy....PIG memberships cost plenty of $ for the return.recently i listened to an LU radio broadcast about the basic retiring with a few house for cash flow (i'm paraphrasing). i thought, "yeah, that's easy enough. i can't even buy ONE house through LU." spent all of 2012 writing contracts - even thru LU - but to no avail.i will say the market is full of competition. still there's plenty of people buying. and i've offered cash and plenty of money over asking price. still, no house. then i'm told by LU that i'm supposed to send an email to the mentors on monday telling them "i'm ready to buy" ......LOL.....hey, if i'm a PIG, that should tell you "i'm ready to buy". so now i have to convince you otherwise?

To be upfront and honest I am & will be a bit light on exact perfect detail and mechanics as 1) it is very detail laden, and 2) not really interested in broadcasting my hard earned "secret recipe" that have developed over the years. 

People that auto-refollow are typically internet marketers or are people just like this guy trying to do the same thing, destroy their stream and build a broadcast list only problem is that you're falling into a pit of broadcasters broadcasting to broadcasters who also have incomprehensible streams.

I have done direct mail, cold calling, RVM, SMS and Voice Broadcast campaigns for a while, on my quest to find good deals...a steep learning curve on what and how to do it.
