I havent been able to branch out to other meetings close to me yet but they are on my to do list.

My goal is to have around 5 properties before I branch off into other investments such as note buying and multis.  

I also really hope to branch in to rehabbing in the near future with either buying and holding or flipping.

I approached a larger branch bank chain, would i have better luck at a small credit union or a mom and pop bank?

The numbers in CA are crazy so I am branching out and looking elsewhere.

When you do gain experience, THEN you can decide to branch off on your own.
