I've looked at doing the guide to lenders things here on BP, but I've done the lending tree things and was bombarded with calls and emails. 

I've always found that when I connect with the owner (especially absentee owners who are bombarded by poorly executed marketing) with their circumstance in mind I get a better response.

Wes, you’re about to get bombarded with comments from those with Congratulatory responses, advice from a variety of Experienced individuals, and those who will subtly offer syndication opportunities.

@Matthew Barnett as will said do your homework. with that being said I found that after I registered to take the state test I got bombarded with offers to join this brokerage or that one.

I need to begin by building my team, and I am often bombarded with idea of getting referrals.

I arrived tonight with 2 very p*ssed off men, asking me if I think it’s ok to take someone’s home away from them, and that they had to miss their thanksgiving because of me, asking me how I could treat someone like this, and that they were sick of my tricky games.Very flabbergasted I didn’t know what to say to any of this as I walked up alone and bombarded with these questions and statements filled with rage and anger..I just kept saying “it’s not like that, it’s not like that”.Which it wasn’t...

I don't mean to bombard you however I'd like to be as honest as possible with you. 

Definitely don't mention how much money you have at a convention or you will likely be bombarded with people. 

There are a lot of tenants out there who will bombard you with excuses as to why they can't pay rent on time or at all.
