Building you Team in CT

Hello I'm new to BP and I am in the beginning stages of starting my investment journey. I want to house-hack in a multi-family unit. I need to begin by building my team, and I am often bombarded with idea of getting referrals. The problem is I do not know anyone whom I can ask for referrals and I have yet to find a REIA in CT. So how do I begin to look for a good team, particularly a Mortgage Lender, RE Lawyer, and CPA?
