If you have a well appointed home and are in a central location then you would be a good draw for a familiy looking for a place. 

For example if there was a court appointed guardian for an elderly or incapacitated person and the court appointed a realtor to sell the house.

Being on a team might mean you are in the office working the leads of the rainmaker until you get an appointment, then you go out and show homes.

(old clients, new leads, random tax record lists (FSBO, Pre foreclosure etc) You can do this remote and just book appointments for anyone in the real estate industry. 

I don't have an answer from my attorney yet but I am trying to get an appointment as we speak.
