I would love to see some discussion about social media sites such as Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, etc in the multifamily housing industry.

Use social medias like facebook, twitter, my space etc..to let people know what you do.

I personally don't Twitter and hope I never do.

In the process of reading "Twitter Power 2.0" and one of the interesting things I read about is your profile picture should be a picture of you, not of your pet, or a landscape scene.

Twitter can be a good source of local, up-to-date real estate news.... search by area and follow local knowledgeable investors/agents for quick and timely info.

I use SeesmicDesktop to manage my twitter accounts (yup, you can manage several twitter accounts at once with it).I never used Tweetdeck . . .

I think if this passes all the guru's can talk about twitter and such, LOL

We also use facebook and Twitter to get the ads out.
