Has anyone generated any leads or great connections through their social media marketing plan?

Hubspot's, "Inbound Marketing" is a terrific read for this topic. Hubspot also has reams of good social media strategy content on their site.

LinkedIn and BiggerPockets are the two best social media for real estate IMO. Facebook generates a ton of traffic for you too if used correctly. We have all of these metrics built into our site so we can see what pulls the best. BP and Facebook are far and away the best FOR TRAFFIC from what we have seen.

I have found investing partners, trusted colleagues, clients, etc. from social media...It works! You just have to know how to refine and communicate what you are looking for!
