Its all that east slope semi desert and as we know its just the northern part of the Sonoran desert that starts down in Northern LA and ends up running up the east side of the mountains through Bend  Wenatchee and its ends In Kamloops BC..

You could try to find someone willing to owner finance but those are uncommon and more likely to be found in the desert or the mountains in San Bernardino county.
