. ⭐⭐⭐......If you don't & won't have this Demographic moving in based on a higher Median Income Household, it may not go over well at all based on Housing Price Point after Renovating a Neighborhood.In Atlanta you have economic thriving Younger to Mid-age Black, White, Asian, Indian & up & coming Hispanic Demographic.

It's the same story as in Bangalore,Singapore, Mumbai,London,Shanghai,Taiwan and other tech centers.

I think Indian Hills is the neighborhood/area name. 

now its about team on the ground  once you have a short list get working on the team  you need to support  you  they in the end will make the biggest difference .. start where you have the strongest team get one area going  then when you are ready move to the next  we have teams in Ohio  Alabama Florida Indian and Memphis.. more then willing to chat about team building if you are interested getting them built has been an experience I live in Ontario

I also invest in Charlotte - specifically single family homes in the suburbs (Matthews, Indian Trail area).

In a neighboring county the guy apparently went down to the local park where a lot of drunk Indians from the reservation hung out and hired about 20 of them to come and sit in on the auction. 

Yesterday a new Indian engineer moved into a place with 2 other engineers that had been renting from me for the last 3 weeks.
