It’s not really predictable the sequence and timing of events, so as usual, the best scenario is to be able to hold assets through these unpredictable iterations, because eventually the effects of elevated inflation will lead to higher real asset values. 

Don't be a castle (large customer base or circle needed), be agile and mobile. 

I understand this be an iterative process and certain layouts are more attractive to some people more than others, but I am looking to understand what have you seen success using, including, and doing?

When doing your own deals you have to be agile and make some offers sight unseen.

But the truth is, too many of your competitors are sending out some iteration of the same thing.

Also to re-iterate what Justin said re: what constitutes 'affordable'.

As a new investor with a signifcant other from the Detroit area (Grosse Pointe) the question seemingly crosses my mind every few months as well.At those widespread, extreme low prices, it seems as though the city is a few iterations away from being viable for a guy with limited capital like myself.

I'm just iterating what most likely happened. 

I've developed some systems to win and learn / iterate quickly in this tough market. 

We are always open to suggestions to consider in future iterations as well!
