Out-of-state investor looking for agents

Guanzhong Xu

Hi, everyone,

I'm Tony from nothern CA and just start looking into the Indianapolis market for its cashflow. I'm also open to BRRRR strategy though I'm not sure if being remote in CA would make it work out. Anyway, I would love to connect w agents who have experiences w investors to help me step in the market here.

Thank you!

Hello @Guanzhong Xu I can't help you with the Indianapolis market but I started out investing in Cincinnati while living in San Diego and I've managed to continue investing from Europe.  My only advice would be make sure you visit a good amount in the beginning.   Personally getting a feel of the area and getting to know my realtors "in person" have helped me out a ton.  It's not a must but it'll make your life a lot easier especially in the confidence of your purchases.
