There are a WHOLE lot of steps before the demo that you're ignoring...Financing, acquisition, knowing how to analyze deals, knowing how to determine ARV, knowing how to determine rehab costs, etc.I would recommend spending a couple weeks/months reading here on BP and try to figure out all the questions you're not yet asking...
