Learning how to fix and flip

New in BP and RE investing. I have about 80-100k in equity in my house and I am planing to sell the house and get into flipping houses to quit my job because I am looking for financial independence and later get into buy and hold for cash flow and appreciation. I have a little experience in construction but I know friends and family that do construction. My question is what are the first steps in a fix and flip after the demolition? Thanks in advance

There are a WHOLE lot of steps before the demo that you're ignoring...

Financing, acquisition, knowing how to analyze deals, knowing how to determine ARV, knowing how to determine rehab costs, etc.

I would recommend spending a couple weeks/months reading here on BP and try to figure out all the questions you're not yet asking...
