AirDNA now has HomeAway Data!

AirDNA announced this month that it has finally partnered with HomeAway and added 1.5M new properties to their dataset. One of my biggest issues in the past with AirDNA was the fact that it was solely comprised of Airbnb data which wasn't relevant to my particular market at the time. With this addition I believe AirDNA is really separating themselves from the pack (albeit a small pack) in the STR data space. Just thought I would share in case you hadn't heard. ;)

I saw that eamil. I also notice that the sample market they listed in the email shows Homeaway has 48% of market share, Airbnb has 31% and there was an overlap of 21%.

I found that interesting.
