Started getting my feet wet and browsing some condos in my area. 

Typically I will browse the online plans, then send a few to my designer with my thoughts on features and changes and we come up with our own plan from that.

Vicki and I have both worked hard and had success as kitchen and bath designers, but we want to apply those energies toward our own business.I'm excited by what I've seen in BiggerPockets so far and plan to continue browsing, learning and meeting others here.

I will definitely be browsing these.Account Closed  I remember reading someone's blog and a link to BP was embedded. 

I already have access to MLS via a realtor,  I frequent the HUD, homepath, and VA webpages Daily,  I browse Craig's list every so often.  

Thanks @Ned Carey @John Knappmann @Marco Santarelli & @Chris Adams Years of browsing and chatting on the twoplustwo forums (check them out if you haven't) brought me a ton of knowledge and made me a lot of money, I know that won't compare to what I learn here.

Example: we employ an attorney upon assignment of rights after a winning bid and use the attorney to interface with the trustee, title insurance company, hazard insurance company, etc.

I have been browsing BP for a few weeks now, but haven't formally introduced myself.I currently stationed at Scott AFB as a Staff Sergeant in the USAF, and I work in Contract Management.
