Fresh from Training in AZ

Hi all,

My name is Rob Kelm. My partner Vicki Grove and I are working towards our first true deal with our new company Rockland Property Alliance, LLC. We've received a great deal of training, but nothing teaches better than success.

We are trying to start out with wholesaling properties to other investors and flippers, and will work towards building a crew and power team to get into the rehab and flip-side of the business. Once there we can get into the buy and hold strategies.

We are really excited to get going on this business. Vicki and I have both worked hard and had success as kitchen and bath designers, but we want to apply those energies toward our own business.

I'm excited by what I've seen in BiggerPockets so far and plan to continue browsing, learning and meeting others here. I hope to work with many of you in time.
