There is a big list of other items including cleaning the curtains they balled up & stuck in a dusty corner, repairing a panel wall where he glued about 50 metal hat hooks for his ballcaps, ripped window shades, really dirty carpet (2 dogs, 2 toddlers).

My favorite was refusing to let my agents work with the all hat no cattle I need to make 50 offers but I really have no money.. so many new agents would fall into that trap.. i would make them bring this buyer in and let me qualify them.
