hello my name is Fernando Cardona, I have my own business and I was considering investing in different areas. Finally decided that real estate was the best alternative.

I have been listening to the podcast for quite a bit of time and read the beginners guide.

Currently going to start practicing to analyze deals and saving up for my first deal.

Highly obsessed with this, been studying a lot and it would be nice to know like minded people from the area.

Interested in single family units  or small multifamily units... and interested in generating passive income via rentals
