The stay-at-home moms are mostly in comfortable suburban neighborhoods, but nothing fancy.

Then if it’s new and fancy versus rustic and older of course the new ones will perform better. 

Now, we notice that many tenants (especially Millennials) always want to be fancy by saying they prefer Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle or whatever.

In the end you'll have a drained bank account, a bunch of fancy paperwork you'll never use, high level theoretical knowledge on countless subjects that don't apply to today's market, and still not know where to begin. 

Speaking of which I have a whole lease addendum for livestock talking about pigs and how they must be kept, how many chicks can be brooded in the house, how and for how long,  saying yes a baby goat can be kept in the garden tub for up to a week old, which you don't see in them fancy city slicker leases.

Dress like nuns and priests holding candles.

If you have to explain it to someone, it's too complicated.There is absolutely NO need to get fancy. 

Another tenant-- we spent an extra $150 on a fancy SS stove vs. cheap white one, and wow-- they were so happy!!!
