I ended up not moving forward because it was too far from my office and didn't have the feel I was looking for. There were some okay older homes, but I prefer being close to Tosa.

I'm viewing a property in Brown Deer and am highly considering purchasing it. Hoping to get some feedback on this deal. • Purchase price - $85,000 • 3 Bed, 1 Bath • Rent = $1,300/m (rentometer average) • Cash flow calculations after insurance, taxes, 10% vacancy, 10% repairs, 10% property management = $255/m • Repairs needed - GFCI install needed, peeling paint on exterior, chimney tuck point This will be my primary residence with an option to convert into a rental at a later date.

I'm looking at purchasing my primary residence in Brown Deer with plans to convert it into a rental at a later date. Can anyone provide feedback on the following?

Desirable location?
