That's a lot of trust to put into a complete stranger. 

Do you actually trust strangers to be responsible for your money.

I'm no stranger to big projects, so just because they'll cost a lot doesn't mean they are a headache to me.

Instead of marketing to a bunch of strangers, strengthen existing relationships and then (eventually) ask them for referrals.
