Hello, I didn't notice a difference with the various letters I sent,  just send postcards now.

I would definitely recommend the more direct approach like direct mail (i.e. postcards, letters).I would not STOP completely from throwing signs, but I'd look to increase the volume of how many you throw and also implementing a direct mail campaign to complement it.

We are doing Bandit signs and EDDM postcards.

I believe if you are using their postcards that they check with the post office some how to check the addresses and if they are not current they won't go out.

If the mailing address is different from the vacant home address you can send a letter/postcard to the home owner.
