I need to consolidate some issues before tackling another 10 property run. 

In some cases it is probably more like the guys who go crazy when they make a tackle and their team is losing by 20 :)I agree with the OP that it isn't a smart idea at all. 

I wouldn't mind trying to tackle the first hurdle(flip) with someone in the same boat.  

Would not want to tackle larger projects like this until we had the experience with the smaller ones, and then you might as well develop everything at the same time

I know the costs would be substantial depending on the end result but I want to hear if anybody has tackled a project such as this and had success.

@brian don't really want to tackle fix and flipping at the moment not really a strategy that I feel would help me build wealth.

It's been said a lot in podcasts, books and here on the forums, but asking yourself "how can I do XYZ" instead of "I can't do XYZ" has really changed my perception.But my advice is to tackle one thing at a time.

I think i tackled most of the fundamental ones, Napoleon Hill, Stephan Covey, Hal Elrod. 

The other two stayed while we started to tackle all of the massive deferred maintenance, like new roof, windows, exterior paint, doors... 

What strategy are you using to tackle the current market?
