Most of the STRs in the area are near Lake Tahoe in Incline Village (about 90%) and I expect the county to implement more regulations in North Lake Nevada.

It was focused on what they called the mansion areas, Palmer Woods, Indian Village and Boston Edison, but there are people doing it in other historic areas with a smaller footprint.

And Occupy Madison in Wisconsin just build a permitted village for low income and homeless people.

Anything inside the beltline is viable but anyone will tell you that near cameron village oberlin rd. area where you should look.

The fact that its right next door to another building doing just that though might mean you're in some sort of multi-use area so that may not be a big deal.I think the first step would be to just call the village and see what they say.

I would beg the differ on your statement that cbus is a depressed market. look at german village, victorian village, OTE is blowing up, brewery district, short north, campus, downtown ect ect.
