Postcards?

Of all the practices we used, the most effective way of targeting properties turned out to be mass mailing postcards and letters to addresses which received tax bills at locations different from their physical property addresses.

I am planning on doing post-cards as my mode of direct mail.

Make it more of a coincidence that they receive a letter or post card telling them that selling their house is easier than the thing.

To toss out my understanding of becoming compliant is: - do a direct marketing campaign, post cards etc where you say call or SMS this number for help or info...- once they call or SMS you now have the right to reply periodically.
