Hi BP  - i am considering doing a multi family, two story where first floor would be a doctor or dentist office and 2nd floor would be residential  apt.

At one point I had to do all adjoining units,, 4 total,,, was a nightmare,, had to pay one tenants doctor bill for allergic reaction she had to the bites.. she had just moved in,, guy next to her had them..

If it's medical marijuana prescribed by a doctor, I see where there would be an issue with our response.

From what I hear developers make more money than doctors in your country.
