Hi Chris, I attended a rental property workshop through my local REI group and the speaker recommended interviewing several real estate heavy commercial banks to refinance your initial loan on a rental property.

I also listened to ed mylett, Tom bilyeu, Luis Howes and many other motivational speakers and gradually i brained washed her in positive way lol ..

We have different speakers each call.

I would highly recommend checking out two things that’ll help you learn even more: the TRENDS Seminar on May 2nd at L’Auberge (this is a great seminar with speakers specifically talking about the real estate trends in BR) and the Baton Rouge REIA called RING (Real estate Investors Networking Group), which meets the 2nd Tuesday evening of every month.

If you have ever been to a MLM presentation it will remind you of those.. they have professional speakers these are not investors many times they are hired actors literally.. they will show pictures of their family which may or may not be their real family .. they will tell the reason they are there is for the family.. then its pictures of the kids .. and don't you want to do this so you can spend more time with your kids.. don't you want to get out of the rut all those things.if you have been to a 5 links presentation or a ACN or Amway its all spawned from those .

They always seem to have a packed 30+ seat room with great speakers each month and lots of time to network.

We haven't gotten to the point where we do speakers or anything yet.

The state convention is coming up in  Sept and there are some super classes and speakers.

We are competing with other startups to be selected as speakers.
