In my view this is what HML lenders do all day long so it's just talking to a few lenders to find one who'll back you and the deal.My view is that due to the popularity of building parks in the 60's and 70's and the now age of the founder is quite advanced, there;'s lots of dilapidated parks all over the country in this or nearly this bad a shape.  

I'm planning to jump in evenings & weekends when I have most of my empty time slots, starting with tonight.

Removing enough wall to see and then can cut a small slot to follow it.

I'm interested specifically in rentals because I see slot of potential in that aspect and it seems more like something I would like as opposed to say flipping. 

However, I believe I will learn s lot from  BP So that I will be confident when I get started.  

based on the model number they are from around 1991 and the washer has had its second issue with the coin slide that renders the whole machine useless(the actual coin slot itself broke from the slide and I had to rig it to work last time since I can’t seem to find parts).So now I have a dilemma with more variables than just an inop washer.The washer/dryer prices are currently 1.25 and 1.50 since I purchased the place (can’t find additional coin slots ) and even if I found them the slots max out at 2.00 a machine (which appears low based on local laundromat prices). 

I will rent the rooms 300$ each (Good price for the zone) and garaje 50$ extra (only 1 garaje slot) summing 1250$ monthly of fully occupied.

When you deal with a mortgage broker, they act as your advocate and help you round up the paper work and if they see something going sideways with one lender, they can usually slot you in with another one really quick without skipping a beat. 

(They have a small hole next to the key slot.)When a tennant moves out, you use the old key to turn the lock 1/2 way, put in a new key to turn it back, boom, rekeyed lock.
