Hello my name is Julie Flores.  I want to learn the ins & outs of income property before my first purchase.  I don't know much at this time.  However, I believe I will learn s lot from  BP So that I will be confident when I get started.  So far I'm leaning towards duplex.  Thoughts / suggestions??
