Hello from Lorida, FL (near Sebring)

I just wanted to take a moment to say hello & thank you for allowing me into the group. Although Dave & I have decided to try some investing in real estate together, I will be the main online person of contact. I won't tell all about our journey to this decision again (it's included on my profile in the about me section) because it's a little embarrassing for me to put myself right out there.

I saw the post about profile pictures. I don't really have a professional looking one of us (or a recent one), but the photo I used is a not-so-recent picture of Dave & me. I really need to get some new pictures of us!

Initially (for the past year) we have been trying to do some wholesale deals to pay off some debt, build some capital and work our way toward fix & flips and eventually buy & hold rentals. As I've stated in my profile, we are sort of regrouping at this point & I'm attempting to take in as much information as I can. It seems I (we) have much to learn& there's always room for us to learn more!

I am working a full time job in addition to trying to invest, so sometimes it's difficult for me to find much spare time to do what I know I need to in order to make this successful, but I keep trying & I know we will succeed.

In looking around here a little over the past few days, I'm feeling grateful to have been introduced to this site as it seems like there is a wealth of knowledge & great info to be found here. So, thank you & I'm looking forward to getting to know some new (to me/us) folks.
