A Real Real Estate AnalogyI am starting my real estate adventure and I am trying to draw a comparison from paper assets (stocks, bonds, notes, T-bills, crypto, etc.) with real estate.For those who know a bit more than me (and i know this will vary by person) but what are corresponding "tech stocks" (AMZN, AAPL, NVDA, FB, GOOG, etc.) of real estate?

we own a piece of property that currently has 2 4 unit buildings on it, and we are in the planning phase of building 16 additional units on the property. the financing doesn’t seem to be an issue, but we are having difficulty wrapping our heads around the steps / sequence we should be doing things.

I love this idea, but would first talk with your ciry to determine the building regs.Have you done any comparison to see the cost difference than just building a typical multi-unit property with small units?
