A real life BP Celebrity is commenting on my post!!!  

I've never heard of them and their business model seems interesting but a bit scary.Have any of you had experience with either the Volusia office or the Celebration?

I expect it to just be a guru pitch, and I didn't think the celebrities would even show up, I thought they were just in the advertisements.Do you think this is legit?

Even though this is a terrible situation I'm smiling because a BP celebrity saw my post and took time to help me!

So you make it sound more like a bonus to  smooth things over and just offer a hundred bucks as a bonus for the seller to get out and celebrate for the weekend.  

Hi all, we celebrated our daughter birthday last month and we had a renovation done.

They work extensively with Real Estate Investors and are celebrating 100 years of business in 2017.

The problem with rents is that when you apply for an adjustment the rent might go up as requested or it might actually go down as we have had happen a couple times.The good news is that the tenants tend to stay longer and the 3rd of the months is like a little celebration when that money shows up in your account. 

That is, you're proud of what you've built, eager for more, and happy to celebrate the success of others. 

Better to stick with the cash flow for the near-term and celebrate if there's an opportunity to exit at a profit in the future.
