Any experiences with Showhomes in Orlando?

Hi there folks,

I am considering staging a house I have for sale in Orlando, FL and was contacted by a rep from Showhomes Volusia. I've never heard of them and their business model seems interesting but a bit scary.

Have any of you had experience with either the Volusia office or the Celebration?
