Just bad folks calling to harass is what I mostly got.  

At the very least, harassment looks like a good place to start.

The US justice department has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against the owner/landlord, alleging that at least 2 female tenants in past were subjected to "egregious sexual harassment and retaliation".

At this point, you look to him as just another "greedy landlord trying to harass the poor tenant."

That tells us credit, criminal and sexual harassment. 

He is still coming...if I harass him via text message, it is just really slow going and over deadline. 

So the tenant is claiming in harassing her because I was doing some maintenance in the basement of the property and had to hamer two nails.

–After I was constantly harassing them to close the windows daily.Finally at week 6 (after we paid the first 1/3, and the second 1/3) they decided to bring a whole new crew.

They pay for their screening if they want to be considered and that screening will not only give us credit, criminal and sexual harassment but it will most importantly give us how long it will be until they are "mortgage ready."

If you feel like you are harassing them, pick up lunch or show up with a bottle of something the next time you see them.
